So yeah, I'm only a year and a half too late on this one, but it's the Joyful Knight/ Chevalier of Joy Candelira(I personally prefer the knight translation, but chevalier is what TV-Nihon uses, soooo...) and her lieutenant, Luckyuro, formerly villainous members of Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger's Deboss Army.

And hey, wouldja look at that, it seems that the debate over Luckyuro's gender has finally been settled! Unless it counts as mpreg. Does it? *shrugs* I mean, Luckyuro is voiced by a woman, reads shoujo, has pigtails, has a frilly half-skirt, has what appear to be thigh-high stockings, has pronounced feminine hips in concept art, and, perhaps most damning, is one of the only tokusatsu characters to have a female suit actor(even Candelira here's suit is worn by a dude, as are most female rangers and Riders). So, for the purposes of this picture, let's say Luckyuro is female.

In Candelira's case, the father of her child is obviously Nossan(even though we know that, canonically, he died childless and alone), and she is characteristically ecstatic about it. As for Luckyuro... she seems decidedly less happy about the whole thing. I mean, with her belly so big, she can no longer open her pouch, let alone fit stuff inside of it. And really, taking useful stuff out of her pouch is like ninety percent of what she does, so naturally, she's feeling a bit useless and bummed out. Plus, the question remains: who got her pregnant in the first place? Who, exactly, got luckyu~ with Luckyuro?

Oh god this took for-fucking-EVER. And that's without GIMP crashing several times because this laptop is a piece of shit. Let's blame the picture being so shitty on the crashes. On an unrelated note, why does everyone seem to hate the toku series I like? Everyone hated Kyoryuger, I liked it; everyone hated Go-Busters, I liked it; everyone hated Fourze, I liked it. And everyone hate Decade, and so did I because that show was absolute dogshit. It's odd though; a lot of people hated Kyoryuger because Daigo is a total Mary Sue, yet, last time I checked, people still gush over Kamen Rider Kabuto, despite its protag, Tendou Souji, being even more of one(Tsukasa has them both beat in terms of Sueishness, though).
