The nineteen-year-old heroine known as Raven had nearly groaned when she'd heard the words come out of her boyfriend's mouth.  Even though the young man once known as Beast Boy had grown up quite a bit over the last few years, particularly after finding out he was going to be a father, there are just some things that never change, Garfield Logan's immature sense of humor being one of them.

Seeing as she was due to deliver a a rather hefty set of twins any day now, Raven's discomfort alone was enough to set her on a razor's edge; if, after months of loving support and sympathy, Garfield decided to make a crack about how huge she was, she thought she might finally snap.

She was surprised, however, when no wintergreen whales, emerald elephants, or chartreuse cows made an appearance, and instead, a tiny green bird fluttered over to her and nestled in her bust. For a moment, she was perplexed; they matched because he was a bird and she was called Raven? No, that couldn't be it.

A slight blush rose in Raven's cheeks when she realized exactly what kind of bird her boyfriend had transformed into and what he was trying to say.


In case you don't get it, BB tried to compliment a certain aspect of Raven's figure, enhanced by maturation and pregnancy, through a visual pun: he turned into a great tit, which I swear is a real bird, which would be easier to tell if the changeling's animal forms didn't have to be all green. I actually started this picture before the previous one, and it actually inspired it, as I originally intended to have an alternate version with Raven smiling as BB in his kitten form nuzzles her belly, but I abandoned the idea.
